British Blues Invasion 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Eddie Turner 4:30 pm - 6:00pm

“If anybody ever went down to the Crossroads and let the Devil tune his guitar it was probably Eddie Turner. Man, you get chills every time the guy strikes a note! And the expressions he makes while he’s talking out each lick leave one convinced he’s channeling other-worldly ancestral demi-gods.”

Saturday May 24

Ana Popovic 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

The award-winning, hard-touring, guitar slinger blends smoking electric funk and slide guitar, jazzy instrumentals and a tight blues groove with soulful, feminine vocals. Add to the mix her incredible stage presence, all of which makes her an irresistible force in the world of contemporary blues music.

Called 'one helluva a guitar-player' by Bruce Springsteen and nominated for seven Blues Music Awards, Ana was added as the only female guitar-player to the 2014 -'18 all star Experience Hendrix lineup; a nationwide tour celebrating the music and legacy of Jimi Hendrix with Buddy Guy, Eric Johnson, Jonny Lang, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and many more world renown artists.

Brandon "Taz" Niederauer 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Blending together the influences of his many musical mentors, Taz’s unique sound is popping into a contemporary space that the world has yet to hear.

Twenty-one-year-old Brandon Niederauer, nicknamed “Taz” for his ferocious guitar playing, is living proof that dreams really do come true. Having performed in some of the most legendary venues in America including Coachella, and Met Life Stadium-opening for he Rolling Stones, he has played with many of the most prominent musicians of our time. The young guitarist, singer, and songwriter has already earned himself quite the reputation. Brandon is currently the touring guitarist with multi-Grammy winner Jon Batiste.

Danny Garwood 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm

Danny Garwood has been passionately playing guitar for six years, drawing inspiration from artists like Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Eric Gales, and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Based in Nashville, TN, his mission is to keep the blues alive and pass it on to the next generation of musicians.

The journey began at the age of 10, when he attended his first jam session and was invited to play. This experience ignited a deep love for the guitar, leading to regular jam sessions and live performances starting at age 11.

Danny has had the honor of sharing the stage with Buddy Guy and Christone "Kingfish" Ingram at The Ryman Auditorium in Nashville during Buddy's Farewell Tour. He currently has the honor to host the youth blues jam at Ground Zero Blues Club in Clarksdale, MS, in conjunction with the International Blues Challenge.

Duwayne Burnside 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Duwayne Burnside is a Grammy-nominated blues musician. He grew up playing with his father, the legendary Hill Country blues musician R. L. Burnside. Burnside was a member of The North Mississippi Allstars from 2001 through 2004. He has also played with musicians such as Mojo Buford, Junior Kimbrough, Little Jimmy King, Preston Shannon and Dave Matthews. Duwayne Burnside is versatile and plays many genres of music.

Sunday May 25

Bettye LaVette 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Bettye LaVette was hailed by the New York Times as “one of the great soul interpreters of her generation”. She is a singer in the tradition of great vocalists who have come before her like Ray Charles, Frank Sinatra, and Dinah Washington, to name just a few. Bettye is an interpreter of the highest order. Her gift is being able to take a song from any genre, whether well known or obscure, and making it completely her own. To quote another great vocalist, the late George Jones, "Bettye is truly a 'singer's singer' ".

These intimate shows feature Bettye and keyboard player, Alan Hill. They allow her voice to be the complete center of attention, and feature Bettye performing songs from throughout her 62 year career. Hearing Bettye in this intimate setting, stripped down to just her voice and a piano, is a very intense and moving experience.

Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm

When Joe and his band, the Honeybears, popped onto the national stage over a decade ago, many critics embraced him but still, there were some that maintained that they hadn’t paid their dues. Joe’s still here. Still going. The dues of hard work; the delirious heights of the industry as well as the disappointments and low hanging fruit. Through this all, Joe’s only honed his mastery over gut bucket blues guitar and his true voice. It’s a vital and distinctly American voice that never anticipated the attention he wound up receiving, never went looking for it either. It just started happening.

Like the title of his last album says, “the difference between me and you” is Joe defining for himself that there’s the belabored wannabes and then there’s dudes that actually “HAVE the blues”...whatever the hell THAT is!

Big Bill Morganfield 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

Big Bill Morganfield™ is the son of McKinley Morganfield (Muddy Waters) and has emerged in the past few years as one of the top blues talents in America. Bill has played all over the world in the past 15 years, bringing pure joy to those who have had the pleasure of seeing one of his live performances.

Big Bill's story is simply a great success story. Many have dreams, but so few have what it takes to make that dream a reality. He came from poverty and the odds were not in his favor. But, hard work, burning desire, perseverance, and strong religious convictions gave him the strength and focus needed to fulfill his dreams.
