The Lech Town Band is comprised of a group of amateur musicians, spanning all ages.
As in any town band we play an integral part in the cultural and entertainment life of Lech - from the regular series of summer outdoor concerts to church festivities and ceremonies, to our annual gala concert, and to our renowned musical festivals.
Helmut Fricker has been a fixture on the Vail Valley music scene since he came to Vail in 1972. A jovial, warm man with lines of an outdoorsman in his face and a mischievous twinkle in his eye — and one of the most celebrated members of the community. He has been bound by the constant rhythm of his work — making books and making music. A rhythm he has danced to his entire life. He is a gifted master at both. ~ The Vail Daily
Learn to yodel and do the Chicken Dance! This strolling quartet will keep the Bavarian feeling alive.
Parking options include the Bear or Elk lot with a free shuttle up to the village, which runs every 15 minutes. VIP ticket purchasers have guaranteed parking access in Ford Hall Garage on the mountain. All beer, wine & cocktails will be sold by individual beverage tickets as well as through a 6- Drink Punch Card at our ticket stations throughout the village. These tickets and punch cards can be redeemed all weekend long at any of our six bar locations in the village, featuring Stiegl Biers. Oktoberfest bars require tickets or punch cards, while food vendors may accept multiple forms of payment. No outside alcohol is permitted.

Join us at the Fountain Patio level for an unforgettable cocktail experience, presented by Aperol. Indulge in the signature Aperol Spritz and as well as other refreshing cocktails.
Steins purchased online can be picked up at WILL CALL, located at Covered Bridge AND in the Village near Slifer Smith & Frampton. Your stein purchase includes one free fill up. Additional fill-ups are two tickets, or two punches. You can purchase your 6 drink punch card or individual beer tickets on-site at tents located by North Face, the Covered Bridge, and Blue Moose. Additional tent will be located mountainside on Saturday and Sunday.
Stein can also be bought on-site. Please note that Steins are available based on current stock, and there is no guarantee they will be available on-site throughout the weekend.
NOTE: If you purchased a Stein and indicated that you will not be attending the event, please contact Krista Deherrera to arrange for pickup.
OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Please drink responsibly.
Participants can register on-site day of for BRAT EATING (Saturday only), and STEIN HOISTING and BEST DRESSED daily. See the schedule of events for details and timing.
Pets are not allowed at Beaver Creek events. Service animals trained to assist a person with a disability are welcome. Pets and emotional support animals need to be left at home.
The event will include inflatable activities for kids as well as face painting on the mountainside lawn, mountainside. Kids Zone will be open Saturday 11 am – 5:30 pm and Sunday from 11 am – 4:30 pm.
Yes, the gondola will be running on Oktoberfest. Uploads begin at 9:30am with the last upload at 4pm and the last download at 4:30pm.

Camp chairs are prohibited in the village rink and core. Camp chairs are allowed on the mountainside lawn near the Family Zone.
All online sales will close Thursday, August 28th at 12:00 pm.
Steins can be purchased at the event for $125 at any of our ticket sales locations.If VIP spots are still available, they can be purchased at the entrance to VIP.
